Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for online orders within 30 days of the original purchase.  Products must have been purchased through our online store at  Product returns must contain at least one half the amount of volume of original product shipped. If you purchased your product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

To move forward with a return request, please email us at with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for the return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  We recommend that you send your return package via insured parcel post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.  Please keep the tracking information for your package in case it is needed.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Please note that if over half of the product is used, a refund cannot be issued.  If a refund is issued, a credit will be made to the original form of payment on the order.  We will be happy to provide a refund for the full amount of items you returned, minus original shipping fee.  We will send a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated.  The funds should appear back to your method of payment between 2-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please review your shipping information at checkout for accuracy.  If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at  We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.  Packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information given by customer, or if order is refused by customer, packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
